I would like my loss of earnings paid to me by my employers who I have been forced to resign from.?

I am 22 years old and have suffered several years of bullying and harrasment from my manager. I rasied a grievance which was not upheld and then an appeal whcih was also not upheld, all the while I could not return to the same working environment due to the manager still being there. I requested a transfer 12 months ago and no one has bothered to help me to get one, now I have handed in my resignation as i can no longer take the constant let downs All kinds of things have happened such as age discrimination , insults and humiliation as well as several breaches of my contract. I feel I deserve to be paid for the 7 months I was forced off sick or I will happily take this to a tribunal where there is no doubt I have enough evidence to support all allegations and that they will be the ones coming out looking worse for wear. I have suffered months of financial hardship and lost everything I have after being treated in such a disgustiong manner, what would you do?
