Creationists...where in the history of....stuff, did the War in Heaven take place?

If God made the Heaven and everything in 6 days, when did the War in Heaven occur? Was it before creation, or after? Likewise, when did God create angels? And was the Universe his first act of creation? Sorry, I'm a bit confused on your time line here....
