How long do they put people in jail for in Mexico? for drinking in the street or having marijuana?

If the police in Mexico (Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum) catch you drinking alcohol in the street, OR smoking marijuana OR having posesion of marijuana... how long would they throw you in jail for? any one have any experience or information ? thanks
