Youtube and Copyrights?

Ok i started making AMVs a while ago so i decided to Dedicate one to a friend I did and I made a Final Fantasy Advent Children AMV but then I tried to make another one because the other one I made had to be continued because she liked it so much. ok...I make it but then Its blocked Worldwide because it said it had "Visual Content" within in it and the owners are "Square Enix Co., Ltd". now then lets think...didnt i just make a AMV with the same content used by Square Enix Co. yet it wasnt blocked?? -sigh- tell me everybody whats the solution to this problem and also if you make AMVs what do you do to make sure it dosent get copyrighted and blocked? Also I already put in my infobox a Statement that says "I do not own the content within this video it is all owned by Square Enix Co. so anything else I could try?
