Who are some really, genuinely good people in history?

I am writing a paper due at 2:50 on thursday and i'm just starting now. Smart, I know. So who are some famous people that are famous for changing the course of evil in history? It can be anywhere in the world but i'm stumped! I have Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Dali Lama, Esther (whooo?), Olauden Equiano, and Charles Coward.
