Is there really a Reggie Bush tape?

When Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush broke up.. a woman came out saying that she was the reason for the break up because she had a three month affair with Reggie Bush, while he was still dating Kim. She then said that she had footage of her and Bush having ... so my question is has she confirmed the story by releasing footage? or did her fifteen minutes of fame die before it was released, and she didn't bother releasing it?
