Is 2009 the year that the climate warm-mongers were finally defeated?

The decade without warming - going on decade plus - followed by the cooling in the major holdout nation (US) over the last two years - plus the leak of the e-mails showing a collaboration to fake the data to fit the AGW theory, should destroy the credibility of the theory in any rational person's mind.
