Freezing and thawing fresh Mahi-mahi?

I caught about 12lbs of Mahi-mahi that we immediately kept cold in the refrigerator a week ago that I then froze the freezer. I recently took it out of the freezer and into the fridge to thaw to cook. I cooked a portion of it and kept the remainder in the fridge. If I re-freeze the rest of it, will it be suitable to eat later this week? The fish was kept either cold or frozen the entire time, I'm just worried about freezing, un-freezing and then freezing again and thawing to eat.
