At what age do dogs go into heat ares are poddle mixes and we need some help thanks?

Usually anywhere form 6 months old and up. Most of the time smaller breeds of dogs will have their first heat cycle earlier than some of the larger breeds. Just have her spayed around 6 months old and you'll be all set.
