Any computer technician have experience with CAD computers? This one has decided not to print after 2 years.?

It's an oversize HP printer. It prints out a test page, but nothing from CAD. We've reinstalled the drivers, made sure the printer is selected, replaced all the cables, tried USB and parallel cables, tried 2 printer servers. I'm ready to pull my hair out.
