Time Magazine says that President Obama has the most impressive start since FDR, do you agree?

I can remember every President since Nixon, and I can never remember a President doing so much so quickly. Granted the cirstances dictated that he hit the ground running when he got in office, but I am very impressed with what I have seen so far.
