Why does Gl still come out of my head?

About 4 years ago my sister was being stupid and smashed a gl christmas ornament on my head ,i got the the majority gl out of my head by washing ,it really didnt bleed alot ,but about a month ago i felt something poking out of my head ,and sure enough it was a piece of the ornament ,nowdays i have been having headaches,Do you think there is more gl embedded in my head? What should i do? thanks
