Where can i find a cheap mascot costume?

ok so i was just looking online for mascot costumes..and the prices are outragous! I want a funny cosutume to wear like a gorilla costume,storm trooper,elmo,something funny like that to wear around... any suggestions on where i can buy a cheap one that actually looks good but without spending to much money
